Stuffed Tomatoes

Cooking is an art of life,in fact a never ending pleasure.It's therapy after a day work,It's treasure to win hearts of friends and family and it's just perfectly enjoyable to create something delicious.....So today I am sharing with you amazingly delicious very colourful ,full of flavour a gourmet Indian delicacy made by stuffing tomatoes with a spicy filling made of paneer onions and garlic with all kinds of good things and So easy to cook and makes a complete meal...I kept the stuffing really simple because anything with paneer is a sure win in my house but you can stuff it with grated cabbage or even boiled rice for a more filling dish.....These little roasted pockets of heaven as I like to think of them are the bomb!Its have everything flavor,texture and taste.....So if you like spices,flavour and tomatoes You definitely gona love these stuff tomatoes .Do try out your self and enjoyyy!!

Ingredients:

  1. Onion-1 small size 
  2. Paneer-100 gym
  3. Garlic cloves-2 to3
  4. Tomatoes-4to5 pieces 
  5. Green chilli & ginger-2ts

Procedure:

  • Chop onions finely and make a paste of ginger,garlic and green chillies and grate the paneer.
  • To make the filling,heat oil In a pan,Add cumin seeds.When seeds began to pop,Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add all the spices (red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,Garam Masala) and cook till oil separates from sides.
  • Then add grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves and mix throughly.Setaside the filling cool down slightly.
  • Slice off the top of the tomatoes and scoop out all the pulp.Fill the tomatoes with the stuffing.
  • Heat oil in pan and place the tomatoes in the paneer and cover them with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes or till tomatoes softens.

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
