Good food and Good Life,Goes traditional and gives good vibe,Spreading only happiness and happy memory all around. We Indians are crazy foodie and will always stay tied to the roots of our motherland.........Today I am sharing with you my region special  Mawa Malpua and It is a traditional Rajasthani dessert and being Rajasthani myself they had to be on my blog so I could not stop myself from sharing this authentic exquisiteness as I am huge die hard fan of this dish from my childhood and This was made on special  occasions at my home every year like a ritual specially on Rakhi or Rakha Bandhan ,a Hindu festival that celebrates the love and duty between brothers and sisters.
Oh!Ilove it & I suddenly started feeling nostalgic and I have realised I cook out of nostalgia most of the times.I feel a connection with the place, family, loved one through food. Now far from home I try to relive the day and create the same excitement. So I made these'mawa Malpua'just like my mom used to make every Rakha Bandhan and I absolutely love them.Malpua is fried pancake, dipped in saffron and cardamom flavoured sugar syrup and served with milky Kesari Rabri and made by using milk and khoya that add nice aroma to the malpua.......I know that's is something really sinful.Malpua is an easy simple Pancake and requires no slkill just batter to mix up properly and poured into hot ghee and the flipping is the fun part. The word can't describe my love for these Malpua ,perfectly sweet and absolutely delicious...........So Are you ready to impress your family and friends with a fancy dessert .....Then why don't try you this Mawa Malpua recipe.....I hope you will love it......
