Raabdi Or Rajasthani Hot Drink

Raabdi is a Rajasthani drink made with pearl millet flour and yoghurt.Yet the Raabdi tastes so fabulous,it is rich in nutrition too & it reduces cholesterol levels.I am sure if you are not from Rajasthan you would have heard about this but this is quite regular in my home during winters.Bajra is quite warm in nature & its soup like consistency also gives the required warmth to the body. There is hardly any preparation time,You just mix everything & leave that to simmer on low flame while you do other works. So make yourself a nice hot cup of raabdi ,curls up in a blanket and enjoy the winters:)
