Ingredients: 

  1. Sweet corn -1 cup
  2. Carrots-1/4 cup finely chopped 
  3. Spring onions-1/4 finely chopped 
  4. Cabbage-1/4 cup finely chopped 
  5. Peas -1/4 cup

Procedure:

  • Boil the sweet corns and reserve about 2 ts corn kernels aside.Blend the remaining sweet corn with some water and Keep-aside
  • Heat oil in a pan,add chopped spring onions and sauté until they become transparent.Add peas,chopped Carrots,cabbage and sauté for a minute.
  • Add the corn paste and stir.Add water or vegetables stalk and allow the soup to come to boil.Add salt & Black pepper and remove corn kernels and simmer till the soup thickens
    .
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions & Serve hot.
