Pinwheel sandwich are the tiny sandwich which are rolled & sliced with the stuffings.The topping and spreads can be altered to specific choice.With very little time on hand each morning is like running a marathon making a healthy &nutritious meal ,packing lunch box,This is my morning routine &I think you are all in same boat.To sail through morning hours smoothly , l have my raw materials ready for making breakfast.Today recipe comes from one of my to go easy breakfast collection And healthy way to start your day.
Ingredients:
- Bread slices-6
- Green chutney-2ts
- Veg mayonnaise-2ts
- Tomato ketchup-1ts
- Finely Chopped onion-1/4 cup
- Finely chopped tomatoes-1/4 cup
- Grated cabbage-1/4 cup
Procedure:
- Take 3 bread slice and cut the edges from all sides.
- Roll them as thin as possible on a rolling pin.
- Apply green chutney to one bread slice and add chopped cabbage & some salt.
- Apply veg mayonnaise to 2 nd bread slice and put this over first one.Place chopped onion & sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
- Then put tomato ketchup on 3rd slice and place this over second slice.Add chopped tomatoes and salt.
- Now slowly roll the sandwich tightly holding all three bread slices.
- Cut the roll into 2-3 pieces and serve immediately.
