Winters bring along better reasons to relish some awesome dishes.One such dish that taste amazing during winter is 'Gobhi Manchurian'.Gobhi Manchurian is an indo-Chinese dish and very popular in India amongst youngsters these days.It is made from fried cauliflower dipped in spicy sauce and cooked with Indian spices that make it more delectable and scrumptious.Best part in this dish is that the consistency of the sauce can be regulated as per personal choice and preferences. Its crispy and firey hot.Perfect for breakfast as its own or you can teem up it with fried rice or noodles.Many call it a dry gobhi Manchuria because it's not as saucy as a manchurian.My husband is huge fan of indochinese dishes &This is my hubby favourite dish so I make it quite often.Let's move on to the recipe of gobhi manchurian......
Ingredients:
Gobhi or cauliflower-1 medium size
Corn flour-4 -5 ts
Soya sauce-1/2 ts
Chilli sauce-1 ts
Tomato ketchup-1 ts
Vinegar-1/2 ts
Chopped spring onion-1/2 cup
Procedure:
Cut the cauliflower in big florets.Make a smooth batter of corn flour,salt,crushed black pepper using little water and batter should be dripping consistency.
Heat oil in a pan,Dip the gobhi florets in the batter and deep fry till golden brown. Take on paper napkins and Keepaside.
