Ingredients:
Paneer/ cottage cheese-100 gm
Corn flour-2 to3 ts
Soya sauce-1 ts
Chilli sauce-1 ts
Tomato ketchup-1ts
Balsamic vinegar-1 ts
Honey-2 ts
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Sesame seeds-1/4 ts
Chopped coriander leaves-1 to
Procedure:
Mix corn flour with salt and red chilli powder In a wide bowl.Cut paneer into thin strips and coat in cornflour mixture.
Then fry it in hot oil and keep aside.
In another bowl combine soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,balsamic vinegar,honey,lemon juice and mix well.
