Apple Streusel Muffins

It's Apple Muffins time and These Muffins are light, fluffy and filled with sweet apples and a crunchy & delicious topping....Just damn good that you definitely need to make these Muffins and Once baked the apple becomes gooeyand melt into the batter which gives a nice contrast to the crumbly streusel topping.I always thought Muffins are oversized cupcakes & never thought deeply about it and I figured it is a good excuse to eat cake for breakfast:)I really liked these muffins denser but soft too with enough sweetness.I hope you guys give this recipe a try and like it too....with much love from"Nia's mommy food trail".......
