Bhujia Paratha /Gram Flour Snacks Paratha
Paratha's are anytime favourite for most of us and they are excellent and quick option for breakfast even lunch or dinner.Every parathas has it's own distinct taste and we have ton of options for filling and flavours.Bhujia Paratha is a delicious twist on regular parathas.I am diehard fan of Bhujia from my childhood and I love to have bhujia with my meals too.So I used bhujia for making curry,parathas,Raita.I have made bhujia Paratha with many types of namkeen like aloo bhujia,moth bhujia etc and Believe me it taste different each time ...very yummy and crunchy....My mouth is watering already writing about it😋 So enjoy the crispy,mildly spiced and quite tempting bhujia Paratha...Here goes the recipe....
Ingredients:
- Bhujia-1/2 cup
- Chopped onions-1/4 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves-1 ts
- Wheat flour-1 cup
- Ghee-1/4 cup
Procedure:
- Make the dough by mixing salt,1ts ghee and water in wheat flour.
- Prepare filling by mixing bhujia,chopped onions ,chopped coriander leaves and little bit red chilli powder.
- Take medium size ball of dough and roll on a rolling pin.Put the filling and roll into a thick Paratha.
- Heat a nonstick tawa and fry the Paratha by applying ghee on both sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with butter or pickles.
