Delhi Style AlooChaat/ Spicy Tangy Potato Chaat
Street food capture the heart and soul of the city and enjoyed by all.Every city has it's signature street food & Delhi is no exceptional.Aloo chaat is a popular mouthwatering street food of Delhi with lots of different flavour of sweet,sour& spicy and found at almost every stall,road side vendors in Delhi street.This chaat is served without any chutney yet amazingly delicious,pretty to look & yummy to taste.Aloo chaat is flavourful snacks topped with spices & fresh coriander leaves & pomegranate seeds.Quick and toothsome aloo chaat is one of my favourite Chaat in Delhi and I try to make my chaat almost similar to Delhi Chaat.Hope you guys love this superbly yummy chaat.....
Ingredients:
- Potatoes-2to3
- Pomegranates Seeds-1/4 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves-2 ts
- Lemon juice-1 ts
- Chaat Masala -1ts
- Oil for frying
Procedure:
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into big cubes.
- Deep fry the cubed potatoes on a griddle till crisp.
- Mix all the spices red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,salt & chaat Masala in the fried potatoes and transfer them on an absorbent paper to drain the excess oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranates seeds.
- Sprinkle pinch of chaat Masala before serving and enjoyyyy!!!!!
