Gluten Free Pearl Sago Fritters
One of my favourite fasting food is sabudana or sago or tapioca pearls. These brittle-looking bright white pearls are gluten free and I always have them in my kitchen because they can be turned into some of the tastiest treats you can imagine including a sweet pudding and khichadi.Sago fritters or Sabudana vada are filling & nutritious snack and often served with green chutney.I was a little surprised myself by how perfect these fritters turned out and they were crispy on the outside & gooey and soft from inside. So be sure to prepare enough,as the crunchy and melt in mouth vada will vanish in no minutes, leaving to crave for more:)
