The food that I am going to share with you today is just that simple and love on a platter. For me I love very much homemade breads and I always try to make them at home because when they come with fresh aroma ,Soft and buttery texture it's so divine....Naan are a way of life and among of various Indian flatbread in Indian cuisine I think Naan is the king of flatbreads.Naan are prepared with all purpose flour with yeast and yogurt. When it is flavoured with garlic and hint of freshness from chopped coriander leaves and drizzle of butter make it bestest Naan....Soft,pillowy and flavourful..Garlic Naan is my favourite Naan...Wow!So heavenly and divine......Traditionally Naan is prepared in a tandoor but I prepared this Naan on a tawa at home.Naan taste the best when they are hot ,right from the tawa, crispy and soft so serve it as soon as it is out of the tawa and knead your Naan dough in yogurt or milk Don't Add water as Milk or yogurt add softness to the Naan and I would highly recommend to use dry yeast instead of baking powder. Now that I have enlightened you with my Naan gyan ,Hope you will keep these points in your mind while trying these easy very simple garlicky Naan So let's get started....And make your kitchen your family favourite restaurant:)
