The word Halwa means sweet So Halwa is dense sweet confection and eaten very fondly all over India. In India the Halwa travels from place to place and adapt various flavor that are not just delicious and exotic but also carry a tale long.A tale of its origin and significance. One such amazing Halwa is 'Bombay Karachi Halwa ' which is a unique Sindhi Halwa with amazing name and obviously with awesome taste.A dessert that is linking two not so friendly neighbours with ease.It appears to have rubber like texture also called as Rubber Halwa and This halwa is a chewy Indian dessert with goodness of cashew nuts and other dry fruits....I tried to explore to get more references why it has such a unique name.
