Garlic Bread

Today,my friend I bring for you all fresh warm,buttery,garlicky,bread that just might steal the show when served alongside your favourite Italian entrees.This is just the nicest combination of ingredients and gives you a bread that is beautifully soft and the flavour of the garlic & butter just seals the deal.
The method of making garlic bread is simple and takes just a few minutes.Blend together softened butter and olive oil then season with salt,fresh minced garlic and fresh parsley.Spread this mixture to the pieces of bread loaf and bake to get warm garlic bread.This is my favourite way to make garlic bread and it's so much fresh tasting and heavenly delicious.The secret to garlic bread that's neither too greasy nor to dry is having the correct proportion of butter to bread.Garlic bread is some of the best stuff on earth.I can't remember a pizza dinner that didn't have a garlic bread.I'm just going to bite into the softness of this garlicy bread that has a healthy dousing of butter and it is filled with love from me to you only from "Nia'smommy food trail.....


Ingredients:

  1. Unsalted butter-1/4cup
  2. Garlic-2ts chopped 
  3. Italian bread loaf-1
  4. Olive oil-1ts

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 180'c.
  • Mince and mash garlic to a paste.Stir together butter,olive oil,garlic in a bowl and add chopped parsley or basil leaves.
  • Cut bread loaf into 1inch thick slices with a serrated knife.
  • Spread garlic butter on to the slices and sprinkle Italian seasoning and red chilli flakes.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180'c until slightly brown and serve hot.
