Parathas can be made with anything,It will taste great as usual.Corn and spinach is a match made in heaven.No matter in what form they are cooked,they always make a deadly combo.Corn and Spinach Paratha is not only exotically delicious as well as healthy and nutritious too and it could be a delicious breakfast or dinner or whatever meal you want to call it.I remembered my mom made these yummy parathas on a cold winter morning and served us with a dollop of homemade white butter...yummm!!!A perfect meal for all the spinach lovers and anyone who will eat this with butter will never forget its wonderful taste.I can have it anytime as you all know my love for spinach...I made this Paratha spicy but you can add spices according to your own taste.Try out this delicious Paratha and share your experience with me....
Ingredients:
- Chopped spinach-1/2 cup
- Sweet corn -1/4 cup
- Wheat flour-1 cup
- Chopped green chillies-1/2ts
- Ghee-3-4 ts
Procedure:
- Mix whole wheat flour,salt and little water to make a smooth dough.Apply some ghee on the dough and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,Add corn and sauté for2-3 minutes.Then add chopped green chillies and chopped spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Take a ball of dough and roll it on a rolling pin,Fill the stuffing in the centre and make a circle.
- Heat a tawa,cook the paratha on a medium flame till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve hot with pickles.
