Amrood ki chutney or guava chutney is an amazingly superb chutney that goes well with everything.It is sweet as well as tangy chutney and has a nice smooth and velvety green texture.A dah of spiceness combine with the guava natural sweetness makes this chutney heavenly delicious.Mint and coriander leaves gives the chutney awesome aroma and refreshing flavour.

Ingredients:
- Guava -1 big chopped
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
- Mint leaves-1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds-1/4 ts
- Chopped ginger and green chillies-1 ts
- Salt-1 ts
- Lemon juice-1ts
Procedure:
- De-seed the guava and roughly chop them.
- In a blender add chopped guava and all other ingredients.
- Grind to a smooth thick paste with adding little water.Serve chutney with paratha,chaat,samosas etc.
