Quick And Easy Veg Mayo Sandwich
Today I am sharing with you my family favourite Veg mayonnaise sandwich & it can be made in two way either you can gril the sandwich or you can make cold mayonnaise sandwich.I made this by both ways because we like grilled sandwich but my little one love cold veg mayo sandwich.I have started experimenting with a lot of sandwich recipes due to this we always have bread at home .
SoI try this sandwich & it is one of the most delicious ,tasty filling sandwich loaded with nutrients and feel free to play around with ingredients for different flavours try adding caramelised onion,capsicum instead of fresh.Itcan be made with out much effort &I have used brown bread but any bread would taste great.Do try this easy to throw together healthy sandwich and I am sure you are going to love it.....
Ingredients:
- Veg mayonnaise-1/2 cup
- Veggies- chopped onion,tomato,capsicum,carrot,cabbage
- Oregano-1/2ts
- Bread slice-3-4
- Milk-2ts
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl take veg mayonnaise,add milk to this and whisk well.Add oregano,salt ,black pepper and mix well.
- Then add chopped vegetables onion,tomato,cabbage,capsicum and carrots to this mixture.
- Take a bread slice and apply butter on one side and spread the veggie mixture.Cover with another buttered bread slice.Cool it in the refrigerator and serve chillled Or Grill the sandwich.

- Serve with tomato ketchup or your favourite dip.
