Indian Style Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable fried rice is a popular indochinese dish and of course one pot meal and flavored with aromatic spices and It tastes delightful as a full meal on it's own.For making this rice,The rice is nicely fried and teamed up with lots of vegetables & sauces that gives it a unique tempting flavour and colour.You can use your leftovers rice or freshly cooked rice,I personally prefer leftovers rice.We Indian love our own adaptation of Chinese food.No Chinese person would ever recognise what we in India call Chinese food as what they actually make.But we love our Chinese food all the same!!! So you see Chinese food be Indian too and it is my version of vegetable fried rice.This is an easy and quick to prepare dish So whenever you have leftovers rice you know what to do . Ingredients:
- Soya sauce-1 ts
- Chilli sauce-1 ts
- Vinegar -1 ts
- Tomato ketchup-1 ts
- Boiled rice -2 cup
- Chopped ginger and green chillies-1 ts
- Chopped veggies-Carrots,capsicum,cabbage French beans, spring onions
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped ginger and green chillies for a while.Add chopped spring onions and sauté till brown in colour.
- Add carrots,capsicum,French beans,cabbage peas and stir fry them for 2-3 minutes.Make sure that vegetables are not over cooked they should be slightly crispy.
- Add all the sauce salt ,black pepper.Then add previously prepared 8boiled rice and toss well.Add vinegar and mix gently.Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions greens and Serve hot with manchurian gravy.
