zero oil bread rings is a healthy,easy and good party snack recipe. In a Basic Bread Roll recipe veggies are stuffed inside the bread,rolled and shallow fried.In this recipe I have given a slight twist instead of frying bread roll I have steam them. My belief is keep experimenting with food and you will always end up with something creative & healthy.....I'm going to insist that you should try this bread rings and I'm sure you will be amazed that how good it can taste with no oil and still retains all the flavour.
Ingredients:
- Bread Slice-5-6
- Potatoes-2 medium size
- Carrot-1/4 cup grated
- Peas-1/4 cup
- Chopped green chillies and coriander leaves-1ts
Procedure:
- Boil potatoes until they are cooked.Mash potatoes,add carrots and peas ,slightly mash them.Add salt,red chilli powder,Garam masala,amchur powder,chopped green chillies and coriander leaves,mix everything well.
- Trim the edges of bread and roll the bread slice to flatten them.
- Put filling in the centre of bread and roll filled bread in oval shape.Seal edges with little water so that filling doesn't come out.
- Steam bread roll in microwave or on gas-stove.
- Slice the steamed bread and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
