Creamy White Sauce Penne Pasta

Pasta with white sauce is a much asked dish at my home and it is very delicious & filling & superbly easy recipe and devilish in its simplicity and can be made in less than 15 minutes.The white sauce gives the simple dish all of the kick and gusty flavour that it needs.I make pasta in many ways & I mostly end up making creamy white sauce pasta as i love this pasta a lot and now my little daughter takes after me!! She love to have this  pasta anytime......History repeats....hmmmm!

To make this delicious white sauce pasta I have used veggies like capsicum,broccoli,onions but yo can also use any other veggies of your choice.You can make this white sauce in big batches and freeze them n ziplock bag.Whenever you want to use it just add some milk and heat in microwave .So try a bowl of creamy,cheesy white sauce pasta,Its a guaranteed way to delight your tastebuds.....


Ingredients:

  1. Pasta-2cup
  2. Oregano-1ts
  3. Chilli flakes-1/2ts
  4. Mayonnaise veg-6ts
  5. Milk-1/8cup
  6. Olive oil-2ts
  7. Onion-1largesize
  8. Tomato-1large size
  9. Capsicum-1medium size
  10. Veggies of your choices-mushroom,broccoli 
Procedure:
  • Take lot of salted water and a teaspoon of olive oil In a pan and add pasta & cook until pastas are boiled properly.Drain and
    Setaside.

  • Heat olive oil In a pan and add chopped onion.Saute until onion turn light brown.Then add chopped capsicum,tomatoes,mushrooms,broccoli or veggies of your choices.Cook the veggies till they are perfectly glazed in the olive oil.
  • Now mix mayonnaise and milk in a bowl and stir till you get a thick consistency.
    Add this to the pan and mix well.
  • Now add boiled pasta and season with crushed black pepper,oregano,salt and red chilli flakes.Garnish with chopped basil leaves and cheese.
  • Note:- you can also make white sauce by using all purpose flour instead of veg mayonnaise.You have to cook all purpose flour on low heat to get rid of flouriness and slowly add milk with continuously stirring.Cool mix completely before using .
