Mango Icecream

If you are like me chances are you wait all over the year the summer to arrive simply so that you can eat mangoes as much as you like ......yup!I totally become crazy when it comes to all things mangoes and this summer I will be sharing many delicious mangoes recipes with you guys So keep your eyes peeled on my blog to get a glimpse of the upcoming delights....Mango Icecream is a delicious way to make something delightful from mangoes....This rich and creamy ice cream is a play on the flavours ,bursting through every scoop and is a perfect refreshment on a hot day.....So delicious,melt in mouth fragrant from rose petals and just perfect on its own...It was like heaven in my mouth flavor of real mango in it...So easy to make,its ready nearly instantly......So enjoy every scoop of this lush creamy and delicious Icecream.I hope your summer days relaxing,fun and filled with this healthy mango......

Ingredients:

  1. Fully ripe mango-1
  2. Milk-1/2 litre
  3. Sugar-1/2 cup
  4. Rose petals for garnishing 
  5. Cream-1/2 cup optional 
  6. Cardamom-1/4 ts

Procedure:

  • Peel the mangoes and cube it.Put in a blender and purée it.
  • Boil the milk and reduce it to half of original quantity.Mix cornflour in cold milk and stir to dissolve it.Switchoff the flame and cool it.
  • Mix mango pulp and sweetened milk in a bowl.You can also add cream and fold it into the mixture .
  • Pour into a freezing bowl and freeze till half set.
    Remove and beat with a beater until smooth.Doing so will help keep the texture of the Icecream soft and creamy while it sets.
  • Again freeze till well set.Scoop and serve when set.
